Summer has officially started a few weeks ago and Edinburgh is fully enjoying it. All the flowers in the gardens are in bloom en festival season has been opened! So what should you be doing in July when visiting the Scottish capital?
From the 11th till the14th you can find the Scottish Real Ale Festival in the Edinburgh Corn Exchange. Here you can sample some of the greatest real ales brewed all over the country. Runs daily from noon till 11pm, or till when the beer runs out, whatever happens first.
From the 19th till the 28th the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival will take place at venues across the city. The festival has announced a world-class line-up for the 2013 Festival, which will be held for the 35th time.
From the 19th till the 27th the second edition of Edinburgh International Fashion Festival will take place. The festival will prove that Edinburgh is indeed a fashionable city and they will do so in various events in a number of interesting locations.
