Our Sunday Last Minute Specials are an ideal opportunity for you to enjoy the 4-star city centre comfort we offer at a reduced rate: for example, £60 instead of £98 room rate for a Double per night.

So what exactly is included in a room rate of £60 for two people staying in a double room?

Our lovely en-suite rooms have been refurbished only last year. A local interior designer has designed them with your comfort and convenience in mind.

In the room we provide you with a TV with Freeview channels, a complimentary hospitality tray, a digital alarm clock with IPOD dock, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, a shoe shine kit, a telephone (call charges apply) and free wireless Internet.

In addition to the amenities of your room, we are also in the fortunate position to be able to offer free off-street, onsite parking to our guests. This is a first come, first served service, please read more about our parking facilities here.

Our tasty breakfast consisting of a Continental selection, in combination with one of our hot breakfast options (all cooked to order) is included in your Sunday Last Minute Special Deal. Packed breakfast for early birds, or Continental breakfast in your room – for those of you who’d prefer to have a lie-in – are alternative options available at no additional charge.

Concierge service at reception, and luggage storage on arrival and departure day are of course also included in your reservation should you require them.

As you can see we do try to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us here in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town – last minute on Sunday nights in September for only £60 per double room, instead of £98 regular rate on other days of the week.
