Edinburgh Festivals in September: Stockfest 2012

That there’s plenty of life in Edinburgh after the Fringe is once again proven by Stockfest. If you are looking for something to do between 14 and 23 september, make your way over to Stockbridge to celebrate the area’s vibrant and eclectic shopping and dining scene. Stockfest showcases the immense vitality and creativity in the area. The events have been created by the local community – the schools, community spaces, traders, performers and residents. There are over 40 events including Fashion Shows, a Community Ceilidh, theatre performances, live music, guided tours, a vintage and upcycling event, shop promotions, food and wine tastings, the Stockbridge market and much much more……

So, how to get there? Stockbridge is only a 10 minute stroll away from the Walton!
