
General Cancellation Policy1. Cancellations and/or alteration policy. The policy refers to the TOTAL number of nights reserved. 2. All Cancellations/alterations MUST be made in writing and acknowledged by The Walton. 3. Cancellations/alterations made before noon GMT five days prior to arrival day (Hogmanay 21 days. Rugby Weekends and August 10 days) - No Charge. 4. Cancellations/alterations made after noon GMT five days prior to arrival (Hogmanay 21 days. Rugby Weekends and August 10 days) - Full amount payable. 5. Early Departure or failure to check in (No Show) full amount payable. 7. For special events and group bookings we reserve the right to amend our cancellation policy at the time of booking. 9. We reserve the right to add supplement/s to the Tariff displayed on our website, if the booking is made for one night arriving on Friday, Saturday or during the special events. 8. We will endeavour to re-let your cancelled room/s and if we are successful you will be charged 10% of the value of your booking and the difference in price if the room is sold for less then originally booked.
