Keys are to picked up at The Walton Hotel, 79 Dundas St, Edinburgh, EH3 6SD from 5pm -9pm.
This high quality NON SMOKING property has 2 large spacious double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), livingroom with small fitted kitchen off. The block has a lift and there is a car parking space with the flat. Each bedroom has a Double Bed and a single sofa bed (single sofa’s not in pictures) so the apartment can sleep 6 people comfortably.
The large main bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin and large towel heater. The ensuite bathroom benefits from having a shower, toilet and wash basin.
The large living room which has large windows allowing natural light to brighten up the room has comfortable loundge seating with a dining room table with 4 seats. There is a 32″ TV with digital freeview with a remote control. There is temperture controlled central heating throughout the apartment (no air conditioning).
The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing maching, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and comes with the kitchen full of utensils, crockery and glasses.
All linen and towels are supplied as well as iron, iron board, hairdryer.
As this apartment comes in a residential block loud excessive noise is not permitted at anytime so therefore would not suit any group that expect to be having any type of parties within the flat (e.g. stags & hens). Guest would also be expected to enter and leave the apartment quietly at all times out of respect of the neighbours.
