This gorgeous garden basement flat is perfectly located near Edinburgh’s bustling city centre and within easy access to the shores of Leith, Edinburgh’s historic seaport. The aapartment is located about 8 walking minutes from The Walton in Bellevue Crescent, EH3 6ND.

Check in for the apartment is from 5pm.

Our flat has been fully refurbished and tastefully decorated. The apartment is a perfect retreat for those who prefer a little more independence while visiting the Festival City. Many of Edinburgh’s attractions and amenities are easily accessible from this centrally located apartment.

Sleeps up to 8 with 3 Double bedrooms (one with shower en-suite). The master double bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed, with one of the other bedrooms having a single sofa bed as well as the double bed. The final double bedroom (with it’s own ensuite) has a double bed only.
