Bellevue Apartment

This lovely aged garden basement flat is perfectly located near Edinburgh’s bustling city centre and within easy access to the shores of Leith, Edinburgh’s historic seaport. The apartment is located about 8 walking minutes from The Walton in Bellevue Crescent, EH3 6ND.

Check in for the apartment is from 5pm.

Although the flat needs to be freshend up it has been tastefully decorated to make it a very comfortable, ‘not luxury’ base. The apartment is a perfect retreat for those who prefer a little more independence while visiting the Festival City. Many of Edinburgh’s attractions and amenities are easily accessible from this centrally located apartment.

  • Sleeps up to 8 (possibly 10 if agreed to the configuration) with 3 Double bedrooms (one with shower en-suite). The master double bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed, with one of the other bedrooms having a single sofa bed as well as the double bed. The final double bedroom (with it’s own ensuite) has a double bed only.
  • 2 bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and luxury free-standing bath tub
  • Sunny lounge with French doors leading to a small private garden.
  • Well-equipped modern kitchen
  • Full gas central heating.
  • Metered on street parking right outside the apartment
